Aug. 2-16 | Morning Practice Monday-Friday 6:00-8:00am Swimmers will be expected to begin dry-land or get into water at 6:00am. |

Aug.17- end of season | Evening Practice 4:45pm-6:45pm Monday-Thursday Morning Practice 5:15 am-6:45am Friday Swimmers will be expected to begin dry-land or get into water at 5:15am. |
All practices are held at Brookside Pool, Home of the Mavs.
Swimmers will be expected to begin dry-land or get into water at above listed times.
Swimmers must arrive early for this to happen on time. Be prepared for dry-land, running, and swimming every practice! Every practice bring: tennis shoes, socks, swimsuits, 2 pairs of goggles, and bottle for water! No excuses!
